Then I clicked the SIMS game that I have. I scrolled down a little to where is says more and has that down arrow. I then clicked on the expansion packs and those that I already owned it said download which I did and it worked. I also clicked on the game packs and did the same thing. Hope this helps. I linked my ea account to my steam account. I launched the game and it works, the new dlc also works.
